After seeing so many different mods where the leader portraits are changed as well as having seen old cartoon propaganda films, I thought to myself: "Why not have leader portraits from old cartoon propaganda movies?". So I decide to do something about it and got to work. This is my first mod ever so please understand that everything will be barebones at first, I am really new to this and I have been watching several videos on making mods. Updates might not be regular, but I do want to keep on adding to it. I would appreciate any amount of help, especially with finding pictures of old propaganda cartoons/satire of any general, adviser or leader that exists within the base game. I would like to have old satirical picture of as many people within the game as possible.
