Adds a Tier-4 Feudal only Tome which strengthens Feudal units and focuses on emphasizing the importance of your Faction leader in battle

+1 Order Affinity
Does not have an affinity requirement like most T4 Tomes, but can only be unlocked by Feudal cultures
Does not increase Casting Points like most Tomes do
+50% experience for your leader
Heroes get access to the Expert tier "Oath of Fealty" skill, giving heroes the Oath of Fealty trait described below
Heroes get access to the Master tier "Royal Guard" skill, which applies Marked, Sundered Defense & Sundered Resistance to attackers

Skills:

For the Queen!, Only works on your Leader. At the end of your turn, allies within 2 hexes gain Steadfast. Allies within 1 hex have negative effects removed from them
Oath of Fealthy, Enchants Feudal units & your ruler to have Oath of Fealty, which grants 3 Defense & Resistance when standing adjacent to another unit with Oath of Fealty. Does not stack
King's Guard, Unlocks a Tier 4 Feudal Pikeman with Defense-bypassing attacks and Warding Bond
Bonds of Vassalage, Only works on your Leader. For 3 turns, at the end of your turn, allies within 6-hexes heal 15 health and gain Strengthened for 3 turns
Fairgrounds, Structure that grants Feudal units produced in the city +10 hitpoints & +2 defense
Regal Presence, Only works on your Leader. For 10 turns, at the end of your turn, allies gain Fearless
