DESCRIPTION

Make Transformations visuals Optional by giving you two of the same transform spell the old one with transform Cosmetic effect and one without. (ai chooses randomly which they use)

you can only use one of the two spells so no double stacking bounuses.

note: this mod is not compatible with any mods that changes base minor transform spells

I have no plans of doing anything with this mod I will update it when a patch or dlc is released and that's it. I'm busy with my Culture mod
