DESCRIPTION

Changes the starting number of heroes available to recruit from the player race to 8, and increases the level cap to 30 and skill points gained per level to 2.

This is a combination of my mod "More Hero Options" and a mod by MusicManiac called "Lvl 30 Hero Cap + 2 Skillpoints per Level" (which itself is a combination of two other mods).
