DESCRIPTION

Changes the starting number of heroes available to recruit from the player race to 8, and increases hero max level to 30. This is a combination of my mod "More Hero Options" and a mod by Zariel called "Level 30 Hero Cap". I opted for the vanilla exp growth of 40xp / level after 20.
