DESCRIPTION

Updates the Status Effect tooltips to explain the opposition system, the way that status effects cancel each other out instead of applying.

For instance, Poisoned opposes Regeneration, so when Poisoned is applied to a unit with Regeneration, the Regeneration effect is removed, and Poisoned is not applied. No where in game is this ever explained...
