DESCRIPTION
Changes the Morale system to make combats significantly less snowbally:
- The morale loss from friendly units dying, being hit with critical attacks, or being flanked are all removed
- The morale gain from killing enemies is removed
- The 15 morale/turn penalty from 2/3 of your army being killed while outnumbered is removed
- Inspiring Killer & Vicious Killer add/remove up to 12 morale based on unit distance from the slain enemy, with no floor (previously had a floor of 6)
- There's now Very High Morale (40 to 59), and gives 30% critical chance
- There's now Fervent Morale (60) and gives 35% critical chance
- Final Ultimatum from the Tome of Subjugation no longer has a resistance check
- Cold-Blooded now gives complete immunity to Morale Loss
- Despair & Rally now stack
