Adds additional conversion methods to the game:

• Generate Knowledge: Convert Production to Knowledge at a 25% rate
• Produce Merchandise: Convert Production to Gold at a 25% rate
• Produce Rations: Convert Production to Food at a 25% rate
• Produce Armaments: Convert Production to Draft at a 25% rate
• Refine Mana Crystals: Convert Production to Mana at a 25% rate
• Corvee Labor: Converts Draft to Production at a 33% rate. Replaces the old Draft to Food conversion
